Cancellations

As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, Radience Salon & Spa requires a 24 hours advance cancellation of appointments. For any appointment canceled with less than 24 hour notice, or for any “no show” appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment before you may schedule your next appointment. The amount will be added to your next appointment.

Re-do Appointments

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with the service you received, please call us no later than 3 business days to schedule your re-service prior to one week from the original date of service.

Cell Phones

In order to provide a relaxing environment for all, we ask that you please do not use your cell phone past the waiting area specially while getting any service and that you keep your phone on vibrate during your visit.

Children

We are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests. Should it be necessary that you bring children to your appointment, please note that children under 12 must be attended to all times. We love families and children, however, we use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors which can create a hazardous environment for unattended children. Also, no children are permitted in the wax room at any time.

Payments

We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. We kindly request that first time clients pay with cash or credit card (minimum purchase $15).

Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase and with original receipt, and provided that no more than half the product has been used.
